Terms of Service
Draft terms for the Bobby CMS pilot. This document is incomplete, is not final and is not legal advice.
Incomplete legal configuration
1. Operator
The Bobby CMS service is operated by Toros Ricos OÜ ("the Operator"). Registration number: [not configured]. VAT number: [not configured]. Registry: [not configured]. Registered address: [not configured]. Legal contact: [not configured].
2. The service
Bobby CMS is a headless content management service. It stores structured content, manages versions and publication state, and makes published content available to authorized clients through an application programming interface and an MCP interface.
Bobby CMS does not host, render or serve customer websites, pages, blogs or domains. Rendering, hosting and delivery of any public website remain entirely the customer's responsibility.
3. Pilot status
The service is currently in a pilot phase. Accounts, workspaces, content storage, the API, MCP, payments and third-party integrations are not operational. No agreement to provide a live service arises from this draft.
4. Workspaces and authority
- A workspace is the unit of tenancy and the security boundary.
- Each workspace has one Workspace Owner.
- Workspace Owner cannot be assigned through an ordinary invitation or role change; ownership transfer requires a separate process.
- Platform authority is separate from workspace authority and is never derived from ordinary authentication.
5. Customer content
Customers retain all rights in the content they store. The Operator processes content solely to provide the service, and provides export capabilities for workspace content.
6. Acceptable use
- No unlawful content or content infringing third-party rights.
- No attempts to access other workspaces or to bypass permission scopes.
- No use of the API or MCP interfaces to circumvent rate or usage limits.
7. API, MCP and credentials
API and MCP credentials are workspace-scoped and carry explicit permission scopes. Customers are responsible for protecting their credentials and for the actions taken by clients and AI agents using them.
8. External metadata previews
Where a customer references an external URL, the service may resolve publicly available metadata for that URL through a third-party metadata provider. The service does not copy, mirror or host external page content. This capability is not active during the pilot.
9. Fees, credits and payments
Planned membership pricing is €9.99 per month with configurable prepaid periods, and optional AI credit packs. Payment processing is not active, no payment provider is connected and no charges can be made during the pilot.
10. Availability and support
No service level is offered during the pilot. The service may change, pause or be withdrawn without notice while in pilot.
11. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator's liability arising from the pilot service is excluded. Final liability terms will be set out in the completed version of this document.
12. Changes and versioning
These terms are versioned with an effective date. Material changes will be published with a new version number before taking effect.
13. Governing law
Governing law and jurisdiction: [not configured].
